  • In this special event, I will be teaching my full CORE Kettlebell System – the top secret “playbook” we use to run our kettlebell – based program at FVT. From the way we warm our clients up, to the exact workouts we take them through on a daily basis, to the monthly Challenge system we use to keep them motivated and coming back for more, to the special “finisher” sequences we use to end each workout – EVERYTHING will be covered in this workshop.
  • It’s designed both for fitness professionals who want to learn and implement the system with their clients, AND for serious kettlebell fans who want to take their training to the next level.

David Lost 34 Pounds and 11.3% Body Fat

David was a ski racer in college.

Years ago, he was in top shape.

But with a family, a busy career, and all the other obligations that go with being an adult … he had less and less time for himself.

And his heath was suffering because of it.

His energy was low.

He had nagging aches and pains.

And he had gone from a 34 to a 36 waist, and was approaching a 38.

David told me that the fact that he was going to have to once again go up to the next bigger pants size, was what truly motivated him to say “enough is enough!” – and take action to make a change.

David was ready to rock, and was excited to start with our program!

But he was also not without a little hesitation.

He had never done group workouts before. And having been out of the regular exercise routine for a while, he was also nervous that he might not be able to perform.

But he told told himself that he would commit to our boot camp for one month to start, and would see what happened.

After the first workout, David was hooked!

“It was fun and challenging, I felt like I worked harder in 45 minutes than in the 2 hour runs I used to do.”

David started in January of 2016 at 215 pounds.

He weighed in at the beginning of November 2016 at 181.

He started at 23% body fat.

He’s now at 11.7%.

He could barely swing the 35 pound kettlebell when he started ... now he's knocking out 100+ swings with the 80 pound kettlebell every workout with EASE.

He’s gone from 10 push ups with not-so-great form, to 30+ perfect ones, without stopping.

David is now stronger, happier, and has changed his life for the better … and he continues to work towards new fitness goals in 2017 at FVT.

Pam Lost 53 Pounds

Just a little over two years ago, Pam was 53 pounds heavier than she is now.

Not only was she unhappy with how she looked and felt, her health was also suffering. She was on blood pressure meds, and knew things were only going to get worse unless she took charge of her situation.

Why I'm putting on this event

Now that you've heard about the CORE Kettlebell System, you might be wondering why I would want to put on an event like this and let other use my special training system.

Why wouldn't I keep this system that has taken me the last 20 years of my life, over 10,000 in-the-trenches training hours, and well over $100,000 to develop, a secret?

The truth is that my lifetime mission is to help 5 million people around the world become fitter, stronger, and healthier through the power of kettlebell training.

But I can't do it all by myself.

Q: What do I have to do to prepare?

A: On registering for the event, you'll get access to my CORE Kettlebell Home Study Course. This course covers everything we'll be teaching in-person at the event.

Q: What if I don't pass?

A: This depends on your reasons for taking the workshop. If you are simply taking it to get better at kettlebell training for your own workout program, you don't have to! :) You'll get a certificate of participation and you will still reap all the benefits that attending an event like this provides. If you would like to obtain your license and you do not demonstrate the exercises with safe and effective form and / or you do not pass the Black Band Challenge, you'll have 90 days to submit a video of you doing so.

Q: Will you be holding another workshop near me any time soon? Sacramento is a long way away.

A: It's possible, but as of now, there are no specific plans. If it's important to you, get out here and make it happen!

Q: The registration price quite honestly seems quite low. Why?

A: This is the first ever CORE Kettlebell Workshop. The price will very likely go up in the future as we develop the program. This is your chance to get in and be an early adopter!
