And though there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to mastering technique with the move, the GOOD news is that it’s a LOT easier to learn than the same move with a barbell.

    I’m a competitive bodybuilder getting involved in the iron-game for the past 30 yrs. My last body-building contests date back in December 2011 when I won the Mr Mauritius 2011- category Masters at the age of 60 yrs. On 15/12/2013, I took the 7th place in the category Masters at the age of 63 yrs in Athens, Greece in the 1st Ben Weider Diamond Cup. To be frank with you, I’ve never done any kettlebell exercises in my bodybuilding career nor do I have any knowledge of the proper technique of the high pull,swing and snatch movements which I’ve seen in your video.
