FVT Valentine’s Day Workout

Here’s a quick, bodyweight only workout you can do on ANY holiday to burn some extra calories:

1 – Run 1/2 mile

2 – 3 rounds of:

– 5 pull ups
– 10 push ups
– 15 squats

3 – Run 1/2 mile

4 – 3 rounds of:

– 5 pull ups
– 10 push ups
– 15 squats

5 – Run 1/2 mile
