Thank you!

Just wanted to write a quick message today and say THANK YOU to everyone who hopped on board with our initial release of Basement Badass last week.

This is a project that we have been working VERY hard on for the last few months, and it is exciting to see so many folks take ACTION in the New Year, and get started on the program!

And, even if you haven’t picked up a copy of the program (yet), that’s okay too. Because my goal is to FREELY share helpful training tips, sample workouts, coaching videos and anything else that I can on a regular basis … so that EVERYONE who subscribes to the FVT email newsletter, or follows the blog at http://forestvance.com, or “likes” our Facebook page at http://facebook.com/kettlebellbasics … can move towards their ultimate fitness goals – whether they purchase something from us or not.

It is my belief that when we operate from this place of lending a helping hand, and putting out quality, helpful, FREE information on a regular basis … that there are always a certain percentage folks who will want more … and will end up purchasing a home workout course like Basement Badass, getting involved in one of our coaching programs, etc.

And that’s in a nutshell how our business works 😉

So I have LOTS of awesome content planned for you in the coming weeks and months here in the FVT newsletter. 2016 is going to be AWESOME … and I hope you’ll be along for the ride.
