    Great tip! Neutral position is always best in any exercise! And makes since keeping that shoulder in place! Thanks!!!

    Excellent tip! It has been helpful for me to just develop awreness of the handle position and adjust it back to neutral. Has eliminated the post workout shoulder pain I was getting. Thanks for your focus on improving form, small improvements always pay big.
