I don’t have the time.
I don’t have the energy.
I have to work late.
The gym is too far away.
I just can’t seem to motivate myself.
I don’t know what to do.
I can’t make the commitment or seem to stick to it.
These are all excuses – that you have to SQUASH if you want success moving towards your fitness goals, and in LIFE.
The people that make it happen and get it done and make consistent progress don’t make these excuses. They just get it done.
YOU are responsible for your life, and your results.
I will finish with this – there is someone out there that is:
– has less energy
– works more hours
– lives further away from the gym
– knows less about fitness and exercise
That is finding a way to get it done on a daily basis. They are getting their workouts in, eating right, and making consistent progress towards their goals.
Get out there and make it happen!
