Man, today is a great day here in Northern California. The forecast says it’s going to be 75 degrees F – great opportunity for an outdoor workout!

Anyway, I’m posting this message because I wanted to quickly follow up on yesterday’s note about the FVT Elite Online Coaching program.

I mentioned that I had three spots open in the program … well, two of those have filled, and I have one left. I work with only 10 folks at a time in this program and there is a three month minimum commitment, so likely I won’t be opening up spots for another two or three months … if you are interested in that last spot, read the details at the bottom of this email, and if you think it might be a good fit, submit your application asap!

We also got messages from quite a few folks that expressed interest in the program, but the cost was just simply out of their budget (it’s about 200 USD per month). Iunderstand that, and so I wanted to present a possible alternative –

We have what I call the FVT Coaching Club, which is a GROUP-based online coaching program, that offers a lot of the same benefits.

First, I give you a new program each month to follow. Workouts of the month for the last few have been:

— Mud Run Domination

Of course these are not CUSTOMIZED for you and your specific fitness goals, injury considerations, equipment you’re working with, etc like you would get w the Elite program … but it’s still a new, fresh, fun workout to follow each month.

I also give you my “core” nutrition program, 5 Minute Fat Loss, when you sign up. Again, not customized, but a solid program none the less.

And then we have a private Facebook group where members check in at least once per week, I provide feedback and coaching etc.

It’s a great alternative if you are interested in the Elite Coaching program, but the cost is just simply out of your budget. You get some similar benefits and direct access to me, for a lot lower price.

fast as possible. If you’d like to send me videos of you doing exercises so I can crtiique your form, I am happy to do that as well.
