“Major Tom” – barbell complex from Jen Sinkler’s Lift Weights Faster:
— 4 deadlift
— 3 hang power clean
— 2 front squat
— 1 push press
Do 4 rounds total. Add weight at the bottom of each round, end with your heaviest and hardest set.
**FYI – I’m doing RDLs in the video, NOT conventional deadlifts … the workout as written in Lift Weights Faster calls for the conventional deadlift, but I prefer this variation … as the amount of weight I can deadlift is far more than I can use for any of the any other moves in the complex, and this makes it more challenging! :)**
