Hope all is well!

Fantastic start to 2015 here. Opened up our NEW boot camp / personal training center about a week and a half ago, the dust is finally settling a *bit*, and we’re getting back into a normal routine.

Our daughter also is five months old now too, which is CRAZY how fast it’s going, and how much she changes every day!!

Juggling the gym, plus the busy family life, PLUS the online business, pretty much makes it crazy busy, all the time. It’s a constant balance, as I’m sure you know – working hard and providing for the family, but also being able to spend quality time at home and AWAY from the gym.

That’s why about three or four months ago, I decided to no longer accept new one on one training clients in person. I hung on to it for a long time because I enjoy it  … but I knew it was time to move forward from that phase of the career. We have trainers at the FVT Studio that do an AWESOME job delivering this service … and it’s now my job to coach THEM up, to make sure they are constantly learning and evolving and getting better, and to help them continue to give our private clients the best possible results.

That being said, I still really do enjoy working with people in a one-on-one capacity … and I get a lot of requests from folks that still want to work with me personally. And that’s also why I decided to start an online coaching program.

This way, I can still work with folks one on one and connect and help them reach their goals … but do so on a slightly more flexible time schedule and from home, etc.

Plus I can go beyond just the Sacramento area and actually coach people all around the WORLD – which is SO awesome!!

Now for some people, all they need is a general program, and they can figure out how to tweak it a bit to fit their needs, stay motivated to follow it, and they are good to go.

The truth is though, that’s not going to get most people the BEST results. Me included. I need coaching, guidance, help to get where I want to go. I had coaches every step of the way throughout my athletic career. Now I have coaches in both the kettlebell / advanced body weight training realm and in business. I believe in coaching 100% as the most powerful way to get to your goals in the fastest time frame possible.

So check this out. Starting TOMORROW, I’ll be accepting people into my online coaching program. You can’t apply yet, but I wanted to give you the heads up to think about this and figure out if it’s right for you.

**The plan is to open this program up two or three times per year … last time, it filled within 48 hours, as I can only accept 10 people at any one time into the program … so if you’re interested, watch out for the application coming in your email tomorrow!**

Here are the details:

1 – There is a LIMIT to how many people I can accept into the program. This is time – intensive for me and so I can only help so many people in this capacity. I am only going to accept 10 people into this program to start. **Four of the spots are ALREADY filled at this time, so I currently can take six new people ONLY into the program.**

2 – We are looking for folks who want to get stronger, lose body fat, and feel great overall. Have some training experience, but are looking to take it to the next level. Ideally have a basic idea of how to do basic body weight movements and / or kettlebell exercises. No serious, major injuries or limitations with your workouts. Must have a positive attitude, commit to working HARD, and no whining 🙂

3 – Each month, you will get a detailed, personalized four week program to follow.

4 – Each month, you’ll also get a personalized nutrition plan based on your current physical state as well as your goals.

5 – You’ll get access to any and all of my programs you need and / or want to help you reach your goals faster.

6 – The price will be fair, actually reasonable vs comparable online coaching programs … and significantly less than training with me in a one on one capacity in person … but it will NOT be cheap. This is for serious people only.

7 – It’s a minimum 90 day commitment.

Tomorrow we are going to open the doors on the FVT coaching program. I’ll personally look over each application and let you know if you’re a good fit. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. And so excited to work with you!
