  • Hi Jason.My name is Trevor Line I have just purchased all you programs, and now I need your help and advise,? I am 63 years young and I want to get myself fit and tonned for my daughters wedding in Aussie in April 2015.and which we are hoping to retire to in 2016 when I retire.and start my own Holistic business.
    I need jason to get my self extra fit as I have just been informed I have type 2 dirbetes which also gives me another problem on the nutritional side of training because we are told to keep Carb’s low can you advise on this? and will you help in telling me what Bodyweight exercises to do to build musle and tone my frame.I am 6ft 11/2 in and weight 15st 1lb none drinker dont smoke anymore stopprd 5 years ago.I hope what little info I have provided will help
