Kettlebell Snatch + Lateral Burpee Combo Workout

This workout is BRUTAL.

Knocked it out today myself, and was CRUSHED afterwards.

Try it at your own risk ;)

Here’s how it goes:

Kettlebell Snatch + Lateral Burpee Combo Workout

10 KB snatches (right arm)
10 KB snatches (left arm)
10 lateral burpees

9 KB snatches (right arm)
9 KB snatches (left arm)
9 lateral burpees

etc. … ’till you get down to 1 rep of each. As fast as possible.

Here is a video me doing a small portion of the workout above – so you can see how to do the exercises:

    Hi Forrest,
For beginners to intermediate level approximately how long does this set take to do??

    Hey Karen –

It really depends on your fitness level, but probably in the range of 15-20 mins.

This is def an advanced workout so you could also scale back the volume a bit .. maybe start at 7 or 6 or 5 instead of 10 and work your way down.

    Hope that helps!

  • Yeah, I was looking at that. I would suggest starting at 5, then each workout, increase by 1 (start at 6, next workout 7, etc) until after a period of time, you’ve worked up to starting at 10.

To really scale it back, one could only increase either the snatch or the burpee within a given workout.

Obviously, all of these variables will change the length of the workout.

    Great challenge!

Any rest time between the three exercises, before going on to doing one less rep?

    Hey Lantz –

With this particular workout, you want to take as little rest as possible.

    Hope that helps!
