Worst Lower Back Stretch EVER? (new video)

Up until a few months ago, I got a couple of workouts in every week at a “big box” gym right around the corner from my house.

One thing they DIDN’T have was kettlebells. So that’s a big reason I stopped training there :)

But another one of the reasons I’m not working out there anymore was the stuff I would actually see TRAINERS put their clients through. Allowing folks to do high-intensity movements under load with bad form, harmful stretches – you name it, odds are a trainer there was having their client do it :)

One thing in particular I used to see there quite frequently (unfortunately) was folks doing the stretch that is covered in today’s video.

If you are doing this stretch wrong, there is a good chance it is hurting you. So take a quick look – and in the video, you will also learn how to do the stretch correctly:

PS – If YOU have been doing any stretches that are dangerous for your back, I suggest you pick up a copy of Fix My Back Pain today – it’s 52% for a short time longer:

PPS – I’m 100% behind the Fix My Back Pain program … so I’m going all in and am ALSO going to give you a copy of my ‘Kettlebell RX’ manual FREE when you purchase the Fix My Back Pain System on my recommendation.

This manual covers three common kettlebell training mistakes and how to fix them. These mistakes can be a big cause of back pain from kettlebells – so I thought it would be a great compliment to Rick’s course.

IMPORTANT! To get my Kettlebell Rx manual, you must follow these steps:

– Click HERE (or on any other link in this post)
– Purchase your copy of the Fix My Back Pain program
– Email your purchase receipt to my assistant at fvtraininfo (at) gmail.com
– She will send you your copy of Kettlebell Rx!!

Again – if you’d like a copy of Kettlebell Rx – please ensure that the last link you click on before you purchase the program is from this email. Thanks!
