Quick Kettlebell Complex Workout

Just FYI, this workout was “inspired” by Travis Stoetzel’s Garage Built Body program.

I actually did one of the full workouts from it today – and the first portion of the session goes like this:

  • KB snatch to KB push press to KB squat + overhead press
  • Repeat three times in a row on one side
  • Do this on the minute, every minute, non stop for eight minutes.
  • Switch sides each minute (so you end up doing four rounds total on each arm)

I did the workout with a 24k.  Which was actually a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Anyway though, at the end of the workout, I thought “hmm, I wonder if I could do that complex with the biggest KB I got? (a 44k)
