A very recent study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research demonstrated that this popular style of cross training workout caused a 3.7% drop in bodyfat in only 10 weeks.
The problem is, NINE of the 54 study participants had to QUIT because of “overuse injuries.”
Fortunately, you can do the same “Crossfit-style” training, with all the fat-burning benefits, and almost none of the risk.

This video is for a bodyweight-only workout. But there are also versions that use some simple home equipment like dumbbells.
