Kettlebell/Battle Rope/Sandbag Finisher

So I was messing around at the end of my workout today and shot a quick video for you. I’ve never really done anything like it before – so check it out, and let me know what you think in the comments section below!

(workout recap)

:30 each, as many reps as possible –

  • double kettlebell snatch
  • alternating battle rope waves
  • heavy sandbag shouldering

Repeat for two to four rounds total.

BOOM! Try that one on for size 😉

Oh – and I didn’t come up with it myself. It’s from Jason Ferruggia’s Renegade Cardio program.

    Awesome!! This is similar to what my trainer has me doing. We just started using the battle ropes, and we use an old punching bag for the dead lift over my head.

    Thanks for the daily posts. I give some of them to my trainer for fresh ideas and then wonder why I did that! LOL 🙂
